Indian boutique Chandhiok  & Mahajan has appointed Sujoy Bhatia as a partner and head of corporate practice in Delhi. He joins from J. Sagar Associates.

Bhatia is the third partner to exit  JSA this month, following the departures of Mayank Mishra to IndusLaw and Arjun Perikal to Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.

With nearly 15 years of experience, Bhatia’s practice focuses on M&A and  corporate advisory.

With Bhatia’s addition, Chandhiok’s corporate practice now has three partners.
