Withers has expanded its international arbitration practice in Hong Kong with the hire of Sherlin Tung as a partner from CMS, where she was a senior associate.

Tung spent nearly three years at CMS, prior to which she was an in-house counsel at Austrian rubber and plastics manufacturer Semperit. She also had a stint at the International Chamber of Commerce. She has advised clients in Asia, the Americas, and Europe on cross-border disputes.

Following the hire of Tung, Withers now has 13 partners in Hong Kong, including two partners in the international arbitration group.
