Magic Circle firm Clifford Chance has recruited restructuring specialist Shaun Langhorne as a partner in the firm’s Singapore office from Hogan Lovells.
Langhorne is the second partner to leave Hogan Lovells’ Singapore office in a matter of weeks, after M&A lawyer Mark Cooper moved to Latham & Watkins.
Langhorne advises on multi-stakeholder and cross-border restructuring matters across the Asia-Pacific region. Career highlights include advising on the $1.9 billion restructuring of Indonesia's PT Borneo Lumbung and the restructuring of an Indian infrastructure conglomerate’s $470 million loan.
Clifford Chance now has 27 partners in its Singapore office.
