Indian law firm Trilegal has boosted its corporate practice with the hire of Cryil Amarchand Mangaldas partners Shruti Rajan and Garima Joshi in Mumbai. Both specialise in financial regulation.

Rajan, who headed the practice at CAM, also has experience in financial services, M&A, compliance and enforcement, foreign investment, exchange control and capital markets and regulatory litigation.

Meanwhile, Joshi has additional expertise in corporate governance and enforcements.

With the hire of Rajan and Joshi, the number of partners at Trilegal is 57.
