India’s Link Legal has welcomed back corporate specialist Namita Das as partner in Delhi from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, where she was a counsel.

The move came a few weeks after partner Vijay Sureka joined Link Legal, also from SAM, as a partner in Mumbai.

Das specialises in general corporate advisory including bankruptcy, IPO, fundraising and investments. Before her stint with SAM, she spent more than four years with AZB & Partners.

Das started her legal career at Link Legal in 2009.
