Mr. Wang has worked in the area of real estate, construction and infrastructure for many years and he is familiar with the construction, operation and financing of related fields. Mr. Wang is the legal adviser for many well-known construction enterprises such as Shanghai Construction Group, China State Construction Engineering Corporation 2nd Bureau, as well as many foreign-invested real estate companies including Rockefeller, Calxon Group and Taiwan Pacific Construction Group.

Mr. Wang serves as counselor-at-law of Shanghai Electric Group, China Perfect Machinery Industry, GE Company and other well-known companies. Mr. Wang leads the legal service of many financing and investment projects, merger and acquisition projects.

In the area of commercial dispute, Mr. Wang has represented many material litigation or arbitration cases, including the first and second trials in High People’s Court, as well as second trial and retrial in the Supreme People’s Court.
