Kevin has more than twelve years experience as a registered foreign lawyer in Vietnam. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Kevin advises clients on a variety of matters, including business formation, oil, gas & power, education, trading & distribution, mining, mergers & acquisitions, property development, employment, corporate governance and international trade.
Kevin is a US lawyer (admitted in Washington, DC) with significant project development experience in the US, including preparation and negotiation of project agreements for the development of a proposed LNG receiving terminal in The Bahamas, a 500 MW joint venture electric power plant in Turkey, and a 900 MW electric power plant in Mississippi, United States.
In Vietnam, Kevin has advised on various real property development, infrastructure, and energy-related projects. Kevin advised a multinational consortium in its bid to develop the 1200MW Nghi Son 2 power project. He is a frequent presenter at conferences on energy, M&A, global trade and employment in Vietnam.
Kevin is a Recommended Corporate and M&A Lawyer by the Asia Pacific Legal 500 (2012). Chambers Asia Pacific 2013 ranked Kevin in both Projects, Infrastructure and Energy and Corporate/M&A.
