Hong Kong boutique Gall has strengthened its family and matrimonial practice with the addition of Kajal Aswani as a partner from fellow local firm Robertsons.

Aswani specialises in family law-focused dispute resolution. She handles financial divorce planning and advises on all aspects of family law, including child support and custody.

She spent more than 15 years at Robertsons, having joined the firm in 2005.

Following Aswani’s appointment, Gall presently has eight partners.

Global law firm Morrison Foerster has announced that private equity veteran Scott Jalowayski will rejoin the firm as a partner in Singapore. Jalowayski most recently co-chaired the global private equity group at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
