Mr Gan Li has been working as a lawyer since 2010, focusing on non-litigation legal affairs in cross-border investment and private financing, overseas listing and reorganization, enterprise restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment and general corporate affairs. He has rich experience in the field of private equity investment, especially in equity investment, financing and cross-border restructuring. He has successfully completed nearly 100 corporate financing and restructuring projects, involving industries such as TMT, financial services, education, entertainment and medical treatment. His services include transaction scheme design, legal due diligence, transaction document drafting and negotiation, transaction delivery, incentive equity system design, etc.

Mr Gan Li graduated from the school of civil and commercial law of Southwest University of political science and law with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in law with a postgraduate degree from the Law School of Université de Paris, France. He holds the practicing qualification of lawyer of the people's Republic of China.
