Link Legal India Law Services has merged with SD Services, a compliance and litigation firm based in Chennai

With this merger, the new entity is looking to offer end-to-end solutions, including compliance audit and management services through a technology-based platform, according to a statement from Link Legal

This merger will also strengthen Link Legal’s regional practice in Chennai, the statement added.

Atul Sharma, managing partner of Link Legal, said: “This joining of hands will go a long way in assisting the firm in improving the quality of its services to its clients particularly the transactional work and general corporate commercial practice.”
