Matthew Durham, a former Asia employment law chair at Winston & Strawn, has left the Shanghai office of Simmons & Simmons to join Hong Kong boutique firm Gall.

Durham, who was a partner at Simmons & Simmons, advises on employment matters such as hiring and separating, employment contracts, handbooks and policies, international secondments, transactions and restructurings, and labour unions.

Prior to joining Winston in 2013, Durham was a partner at Clyde & Co. in Shanghai. He joined Simmons & Simmons in August 2017.
