Marco is one of the Partners who lead the Litigation practice in the firm. He has extensive experiences and in-depth knowledge in handling civil, criminal, bankruptcy, suspension of payment, arbitration, intellectual property right, industrial relation (employment), land dispute and family related litigation cases. Besides being involved in litigation and dispute resolution, he also advises and handles corporate and non-litigation legal matters involving domestic as well as international companies.
