Mr. Mochamad Fajar Syamsualdi (Didi) graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia and obtained LLM in law and economics from Queen Mary University of London. He is a member of the Indonesian Bar and has worked extensively on various industries in numerous types of multinational transactions. He represents wide range of clients and has considerable experience in merger and acquisition, general corporate, corporate finance, capital markets, projects and natural resources work in Indonesia and have special interest in Islamic finance.
