Mr. Nidhish Mehrotra is the Founder & Managing Partner of ANM Global, which was established in 2009. Mr Mehrotra graduated from Symbiosis International University, Pune, and started his career with a law firm in New Delhi and essentially worked in the Litigation and Capital Markets Practice. Mr. Mehrotra, has recently been featured in the Super 50 Lawyers list published by ALB India in its 2020 edition, and has vast experience in advising companies on cross-border transactions, restructurings and corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, private equity placements and general corporate governance. He also advises numerous Media & Entertainment related companies including broadcasters, production houses, and media aggregators on both Litigation and Transaction Advisory. He has been a speaker at various national and international forums on various aspects of law and also acts as a mentor to diverse range of start-up companies in India and advises multiple incubator centres in India.
