Mayer Brown has closed its office in Bangkok, and the office partner-in-charge, Maythawee Sarathai, has joined Hunton Andrews Kurth as a partner.

Maythawee, who had been with Mayer Brown for more than 20 years, is an expert in multinational cross-border investments, M&A, corporate lending, restructuring and insolvency.

With the addition of Maythawee, Hunton Andrews Kurth now has five partners in Bangkok.
