Sidley Austin has expanded its corporate and finance practice in Hong Kong with the hire of capital markets specialist Dominic Tsun as a senior project manager.

Tsun, who has more than 30 years of experience, advises on Hong Kong IPOs, dual primary and secondary listings, spin-offs, takeovers, privatisations, and M&A. He was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis when he left the firm in 2017.

Notable deals that Tsun has advised on include Meitu’s $630 million 2016 IPO, Huarong’s $2.5 billion listing in 2015, and China Galaxy Securities’ $3.1 billion share sale in 2015.
