Bharath MS, formerly head of Anand and Anand’s South India practice, has set up an intellectual property-focused firm called KRIA Law.

Apart from IP, KRIA Law will initially also offer dispute resolution services. The firm will later extend its scope of offerings to commercial, business, and transactional advisory services.

Bharath specialises in areas such as IP litigation, opposition, cancellation, arbitration and other related proceedings.
