Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Han Kun Law Offices have advised China’s Autohome on its $685 million Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx) secondary listing, with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Commerce & Finance Law Offices counselling the joint sponsors and underwriters.

New York-listed Autohome is an online platform in China delivering content, tools and services to automobile consumers, automakers, and dealers via its websites, autohome.com.cn and che168.com.

Autohome is the latest in a string of Chinese companies undertaking secondary listings in Hong Kong following New Oriental Education & Technology, Yum China Holdings, Zai Lab, ZTO Express and Huazhu Group, among others.

The Simpson Thacher team was led by partners Christopher Wong and Yi Gao.
