Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Commerce & Finance Law Offices have advised Chinese fintech firm Bairong on its $507 million IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Davis Polk & Wardwell and Tian Yuan Law Firm assisting the joint sponsors and underwriters.

Bairong, an independent AI-powered  platform, was the largest independent financial big data analytics solutions provider in China by revenue in 2019, according to Frost & Sullivan.

The Davis Polk team was led by partners Li He and Yang Chu.
