Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has represented Indian real estate company Macrotech Developers on its 25-billion-rupee ($331 million) IPO on the BSE and NSE, with IndusLaw and Sidley Austin advising the lead managers.

According to Reuters, Macrotech is among the major players in the Indian real estate industry. Most of its residential projects are concentrated in the country’s financial capital of Mumbai. This is the company’s third effort at a stock listing after failed attempts in 2009 and 2018, Reuters added.

Partners Manan Lahoty and Ravi Dubey led the IndusLaw team, while the CAM team was led by partners Yash Ashar and Devaki Mankad.

Meanwhile, the Sidley Austin team was led by partner Manoj Bhargava.
