India’s J Sagar Associates (JSA) has added M&A lawyer Ipsita Chowdhury as a partner in its Gurugram office from Trilegal.

Chowdhury, who spent more than a decade at Trilegal, specialises in M&A, corporate advisory and compliance.

Her hire comes three months after JSA brought on board Niruphama Ramakrishnan as a partner in Gurugram from AZB & Partners. JSA now has 32 partners in that office.
