Norton Rose Fulbright has recruited Andrew Digges as a partner in Singapore from Ashurst.

Digges, who has more than 20 years of experience in project finance and project development, focuses on energy, renewables, transport, utilities and social infrastructure sectors.

Prior to his six-year stint at Ashurst, Digges worked with Allen & Overy for 15 years. This included spells in London, Singapore, and in Jakarta with Ginting & Reksodiputro, A&O’s Indonesia associate firm.

With Digges’ hire, NRF currently has 19 partners in the Singapore office.

Global law firm Morrison Foerster has announced that private equity veteran Scott Jalowayski will rejoin the firm as a partner in Singapore. Jalowayski most recently co-chaired the global private equity group at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
