Latham & Watkins has hired capital markets specialist Richard Lee as a partner in Seoul from the Hong Kong office of Clifford Chance.

Lee had been co-head of Clifford Chance’s Korea practice since 2019. The Magic Circle firm, where Lee worked for more than a decade, recently announced it was shuttering its Korea office.
