newsIndia’s HSA Advocates has hired Vishal Lohire as a partner from Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan (L&S), where he was a joint partner leading the firm’s Mumbai commercial dispute resolution team.

Lohire, who has been in the legal industry for nearly 15 years, joins after HSA’s second partner hire in Mumbai in a month: projects expert Ravi Jain recently joined from Economic Laws Practice (ELP).

Lohire focuses on litigation, advisory and arbitration matters. He also advises on areas like contracts, IBC, property, securities, mining, environmental and consumer laws.

Prior to joining L&S, Lohire was with the National Stock Exchange of India for more than five years.
