Maria Concepcion Simundac, a former partner at Villaraza & Angangco (V&A Law), has joined banking and financial services company ING Philippines in Manila as lead legal counsel.

Simundac specialises in M&A, power and energy, construction and real estate, infrastructure, transportation and public utilities, and corporate and project finance matters.

Having joined V&A Law in 2010, Simundac was made a partner in 2016. This year, she featured in ALB’s Philippines Client Choice 2021 list.
