newsThe Philippines’ Martinez Vergara Gonzalez & Serrano (MVGS) has become the latest firm to join Drew Network Asia (DNA), Singapore Big Four law firm Drew & Napier’s regional network.

DNA, which was launched in March 2020, comprises of "blue chip firms with a high standing in their respective countries and in ASEAN," Drew & Napier said in a press release.

MVGS was founded in 2007 by Eduardo A. Martinez, Mark O. Vergara, Manuel Z. Gonzalez and Elmer B. Serrano. The firm focuses on banking and finance, capital markets, M&A, projects and energy, intellectual property, litigation and alternative dispute resolution, labour and employment, and immigration.

Apart from Drew & Napier and MVGS, DNA also includes Indonesia’s Makarim & Taira S, and Shearn Delamore & Co from Malaysia.

Fellow Singapore Big Four firms Rajah & Tann and WongPartnership have also set up regional networks.
