Dechert has launched its financial restructuring practice in Asia with the hire of Daniel Margulies as a partner based in Hong Kong from Kirkland & Ellis.

Margulies insolvency matters, advises on insolvency, distressed asset sales as well as cross-border and special situation financings.

With the hire of Margulies, Dechert now has eight partners based in its Hong Kong office.
