U.S. firm O’Melveny & Myers has hired M&A specialist Woojae Kim as a partner in Seoul from Kim & Chang.

He is O’Melveny’s second partner hire in Korea this year. In February, the firm added Daniel Sae-Chin Kim as a partner and co-representative of the Seoul office from Paul Hastings.

Woojae Kim’s practice areas include cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, financings, and securities offerings.

Apart from the two Kims, OMM’s Seoul office currently has a partner, an of counsel and an associate.
