Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and TransAsia Lawyers have advised Chinese social media platform Weibo Corporation on its $385 million secondary listing in Hong Kong, with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Haiwen & Partners leading the joint sponsors and underwriters.

The NASDAQ-listed Weibo is China's largest microblogging platform. According to Reuters, the company has 566 million monthly average users, based on the listing documents lodged with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The Skadden team was led by partners Julie Gao, Paloma Wang and Yuting Wu.
