Indonesian boutique Tjajo & Partners has added capital markets expert Ken Prasadtyo as a partner in Jakarta from Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners (HHP), Baker McKenzie’s Indonesia member firm, where he worked for more than a decade.

Additionally focusing on M&A and financial services, Prasadtyo represents international banks and financial institutions, and various business groups.

Prasadtyo, who began his legal career at HHP, was named on ALB’s Indonesia Rising Stars list for 2021.

Founded in 2016, Tjajo & Partners presently has three partners, including founding partner Rambun Tjajo and managing partner Melissa Butarbutar.

Global law firm Morrison Foerster has announced that private equity veteran Scott Jalowayski will rejoin the firm as a partner in Singapore. Jalowayski most recently co-chaired the global private equity group at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
