International disputes firm Peter & Kim has hired arbitration expert Seokchun Yun as a partner in Seoul from Kim & Chang.

Yun’s practice focuses on cross-border arbitration and litigation, international trade, international taxation, and shareholder disputes. He joined Kim & Chang in May 2020 as a partner from fellow Korean Big Six firm Bae Kim & Lee (BKL).

Established in 2019, Peter & Kim currently has six partners in its Seoul office. These include John Bang, who was a senior partner at BKL until 2020, and Mino Han, another BKL alum.
