India’s AZB & Partners has welcomed back Nandish Vyas as a senior partner in Mumbai from Veritas Legal.
Vyas has focused on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, general corporate and private equity matters for more than 15 years.
He began his legal career with AZB in 2006, and was with the firm for close to a decade.

Indian law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has advised Vodafone Idea on its 180-billion-rupee ($2.15 billion) further public offering (FPO). The issuance is the largest successful Indian FPO and the third-largest offering of public equity shares in India.
