newsSingapore’s Harry Elias Partnership has hired construction and engineering arbitration expert Joanna Seetoh as a partner from LVM Law Chambers, where she was an associate director.

Seetoh joined LVM in 2020 from Pinsent Masons, where spent nine years in the Hong Kong and Singapore offices. She began her career at the legacy Rodyk & Davidson.

With 14 years of experience, Seetoh has advised clients in the construction and infrastructure sector, representing contractors in infrastructure, engineering and construction disputes across sectors such as rail and metro projects, power plants, solar plants, mining, integrated resorts, and commercial and residential building projects.

With her arrival, Harry Elias Partnership now has 23 partners.
