IndusLaw has advised Indian end-to-end logistics services provider Xpressbees on a $300 million fundraising round, with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, Anagram Partners, AZB & Partners and Trilegal advising various investors.

Set up in 2015, Xpressbees has been rapidly growing as demand for goods delivery has risen amid the COVID-19 pandemic. It now has a network of more than 2,700 service centers and 450 e-commerce customers.
