UK law firm Reynolds Porter Chamberlain has hired technology expert Nicholas Lauw as a partner in Singapore from Big Four firm Rajah & Tann.

With more than 16 years of experience in contentious and non-contentious IP and technology, Lauw advises start-ups and high-profile blue-chip companies on digital, data, consumer and regulation, transactions and disputes.

Lauw spent more than 13 years at Rajah & Tann, becoming a partner in 2013. Prior to that he had short stints at Baker Mckenzie, Wong & Leow and Drew & Napier.

With this addition, the number of partners at RPC’s Singapore office is now nine.
