Indian law firm AZB & Partners has welcomed back Ajay Upadhyay as the Mumbai-based head of its compliance and investigation team from KPMG. Prior to leaving for KPMG in 2017, Upadhyay held the same role.

Specialising in dispute resolution, expert witness, forensic, financial crime and regulatory investigations and advisory services, Upadhyay has  20 years of experience. At KPMG, he was a forensic services partner.

Apart from two stints at KPMG, Upadhyay also worked at EY between 2010 and 2015.
