The ZICO Law network has announced Icon Law as its new member firm in Singapore, replacing Insights Law.

Icon Law was set up recently by Chun Bin Soh, the former head of capital markets at Insights Law. Apart from Soh, the firm has one other director – Jeremiah Huang – who was also a director at Insights Law. The firm has eight fee-earners in total.

Soh specialises in capital markets and M&A, and advises listed and private companies with focus on technologies and investment in startups. Prior to joining Insights Law, he was the head of the corporate commercial practice of Fortis Law.

Huang is a capital markets specialist with focus on corporate finance, M&A, funding and data protection, apart from being an accredited mediator. He was previously a partner at RHTLaw.

Their departures leave Insights Law, which had been ZICO Law’s Singapore member firm since 2015, with five directors, including tax specialist Liu Hern Kuan.
