招聘领域有“金九银十”的说法,进入10月,中国律所也明显加快了横向招聘步伐,近期有多位领域专家,加盟了多家律所的上海、香港办公室。

中伦律师事务所近日迎来江浩雄律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。此前江律师任职于瑛明律师事务所,他也是继陈志军律师后,第二位加入中伦的前瑛明律师。

江浩雄律师是中国最早一批获授资格从事证券法律业务的律师,在资本市场领域有着逾三十年的丰富经验。他在企业境内外公开发行与上市、上市公司并购与重组、私募股权投资、跨境投资与并购、跨境银行融资等领域建树颇丰,客户涉及医药、化工、新材料、高新农牧业、银行金融、私募基金等行业。

同样在上海,国枫律师事务所近日迎来彭程律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。此前彭律师任职于锦天城律师事务所。

彭程律师的主要业务领域为公司改制上市、新三板挂牌、股权投融资、并购重组、企业法律顾问。彭律师具有丰富的非诉法律服务经验,先后为众多企业提供常年和专项非诉法律服务。

汉坤律师事务所上海办公室则迎来了贾维恒律师、陈朕律师以合伙人身份加盟,两位律师此前都任职于Deloitte Legal成员所上海勤理律师事务所。

贾维恒律师拥有逾二十年的中美执业经历,能够以中、日、英三语处理复杂法律事务。他主要从事跨境企业收购与兼并、企业合规以及劳动法相关业务,其中不乏国际知名交易及大型国家级项目。此前,贾律师为Deloitte Legal中国负责合伙人和勤理律师事务所的全国管理合伙人。

陈朕律师的主要业务领域包括外商直接投资、并购、重组、劳动雇佣、合规、反腐败等,他擅长为国内和跨国企业在中国境内的各类商业项目、商业交易和法律事务提供法律支持。

在香港,君合律师事务所近日迎来郭思锋律师以合伙人身份加盟其香港办公室。此前郭律师任职于安永在香港的合作律所——林朱律师事务所。

郭思锋律师是第一批通过粤港澳大湾区律师执业考试的律师,熟悉中国内地及香港、美国和其他司法管辖区的争议环境。他在复杂的跨境商业争议解决、监管调查和合规,以及其他科技和电子商务相关的争议、合规和咨询工作方面拥有丰富的经验,曾代表大型中国及全球性公司处理多起商业诉讼、监管调查案件,业务范围涵盖互联网、房地产、证券、基金、医药、食品、服装、电讯器材、银行、制造业等行业。

Q4 sees PRC law firms speeding up lateral hiring

PRC law firms have sped up lateral hiring in different offices and several big names welcomed new partners in Shanghai and Hong Kong SAR since we entered October.

Zhong Lun Law Firm has hired Jiang Haoxiong as a partner in Shanghai. Jiang was from EY Chen & Co. Law Firm, and he is the second partner from the EY affiliate firm after Chen Zhijun.

Jiang has been focusing on capital markets for over 30 years and has extensive experience in domestic and overseas listings, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, private equity investments, cross-border investments, cross-border bank financing. He has provided legal services to clients in pharmaceutical, chemical, new materials, high-tech agriculture and animal husbandry, banking and finance, and private equity industries.

Also in Shanghai, Grandway Law Offices welcomed Peng Cheng as partner. Peng was originally from AllBright Law Offices. Peng is a capital markets expert and has extensive experience in corporate restructuring and listing, New Third Board listing, equity investment and financing, and mergers and acquisitions. 

Han Kun Law offices has hired Jia Weiheng and Cody Chen as partner in its Shanghai office. Before joining Han Kun, they both worked for Shanghai Qinli Law Firm, a member of the Deloitte Legal global network. 

Jia has over 20 years of practice in China and the United States. He has focused on cross-border M&A, regulatory compliance, as well as labor and employment, including some as PRC state-owned enterprises and national-level strategic projects. Jia was head of Deloitte Legal Greater China and the national managing partner of Qin Li Law Firm.

Chen’s primary practice areas include foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, employment, regulatory compliance, anti-corruption. He advises Chinese and International companies on various legal matters, projects, and business transactions in China. 

In Hong Kong SAR, JunHe recently added Philip Kwok as partner. Before joining JunHe, Kwok worked at EY's Hong Kong member firm, LC lawyers.

Kwok was among the first batch of lawyers to pass the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area Legal Professional Examination. Kwok focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, regulatory investigations, cybersecurity and data protection, financial technology compliance, electronic data preservation and retention, as well as disputes and regulatory matters for internet and e-commerce businesses.
