Trilegal has advised Singapore’s Sembcorp Industries on its 27.8-billion-rupee ($336 million) acquisition of Mumbai-based renewables producer Vector Green, which was represented by AZB & Partners.

Sembcorp has recently accelerated its focus on renewable energy, and the acquisition brings it 583 megawatt of additional green power capacity.

The Trilegal team was led by partners Neeraj Menon, Charandeep Kaur and Clarence Anthony, with support from partners Nisha Kaur Uberoi, Rahul Arora, Tine Abraham and Gautam Chabra.
