Paul Hastings has hired its second capital markets partner in Hong Kong in three months, after bringing on board Steven Hsu from Sidley Austin.

In November last year, the firm hired capital markets expert Peter Cheng as a partner from Deacons.

Experienced in equity capital market transactions, Hsu advises on rights issuances and other secondary offerings, alongside corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters. He joined Sidley in December 2021 from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

With this addition, Paul Hastings now has 11 partners in Hong Kong.
