Indian law firm Luthra and Luthra Law Offices has welcomed TMT expert Vikash Kukreti as a partner in Delhi from Big Four consulting firm EY, where he was director, regulatory advisory.

With more than decades of experience, Kukreti advises on compliance, regulatory and other disputes and litigations, contracts, business and operational issues, and policy and governance implementation. He joined EY in 2020, prior to which he held in-house roles at Telenor India.

Since Luthra announced its “new firm structure” in July last year, it has seen steady partner movement. The firm hired Shivani Sinha, Sarika Raichur, Abhimanyu Kampani, Tamal Mandal and Abhilekh Verma as partners, and also lost partners Pallavi Bedi, William Vivian John, and Anshuman Mozumdar.
