Indian law firm IndusLaw has welcomed a team of corporate lawyers from J Sagar Associates (JSA) in Gurugram, including partner Shantanu Jindel and principal associate Shweta Gupta.

Jindel advises on mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments, with a focus on the pharmaceutical and medical devices sectors.

IndusLaw now has 58 partners nationally, including recent recruits Ashutosh Narang and  Amrit Mehta in Mumbai, and Maneesha Kongovi in Bengaluru.
