Indian law firm Saraf and Partners has merged with real estate boutique SRGR Law Offices, continuing its steady expansion in the 18 months since it was founded.

SRGR was co-founded in 2009 by Saroj Kumar Jha and Ravi Bishnoi, both of whom will be joining Saraf as equity partners, along with a team of 20.

Saraf was established by former L&L equity partner Mohit Saraf in July 2021. Since then, the firm has grown its headcount from a little under 100, to around 200 now.

With the additions of Jha and Bishnoi, Saraf and Partners now has 32 partners across its Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru offices.
