The Bangkok office of Singapore Big Four law firm Rajah & Tann has hired arbitration specialist Vanina Sucharitkul as a partner in Bangkok. She will relocate to the Singapore office in due course.

With roughly 20 years of experience, Vanina advises on commercial litigation and cross-border disputes involving commercial contracts, investigations and anti-corruption, joint ventures, hospitality, construction and infrastructure projects, environmental contamination, and investment treaty arbitration. She was a member of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) from 2012-2021.

Having started her career at Morrison & Foerster in 2004, Vanina worked for Herbert Smith Freehills between 2007 and 2017 in the firm’s Hong Kong, Bangkok and Paris offices.
