Bosni Gondo Wibowo is a qualified Indonesian lawyer. Bosni is founding partner of Altruist Lawyers Law Office, domiciled in Jakarta. Bosni has wide experiences in relation to the handling of bankruptcy cases. He represents creditors as petitioner in the Commercial Court against the default debtor to retain their rights or represent the debtor in restructuring their debts. He advises banks and borrowers on corporate debt restructuring, preparing and negotiating restructuring agreements and related documents, and advising on insolvency matters. Bosni has over a decade of experience in handling commercial litigation cases for both domestic and multinational companies. He is also an active practitioner in the field of bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment (PKPU).
He assists clients with all aspects of bankruptcy starting with determining whether filing bankruptcy or suspension of debt payment (PKPU). He works with clients through the prebankruptcy, asset protection, exemption planning stage and case preparation. Bosni has registered receivers and administrators and member of Indonesian Receiver and Administrator Association (AKPI). Bosni also vice secretary of general from Restructuring and Insolvency Chamber of Indonesia RICI. He is also one of the members of PERADi who received a scholarship from the International Bar Association to represent PERADI in the Young Lawyers Committee event organized by the International Bar Association in South Korea in 2019.
He has represented various clients in significant cases, including handling the Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) for Indosurya Saving and Loan Cooperative, involving a debt amount of IDR 14 trillion. Additionally, he managed the PKPU process for PT Plaza Adika Lestari, resulting in a debt restructuring worth approximately IDR 2 trillion.
