We are pleased to introduce the upcoming release of the ALB China Insolvency & Restructuring Handbook 2024 which will be available in both Chinese and English. The handbook will have a one-year shelf life.
The handbook aims to assist companies that are facing difficulties due to the pandemic's impact, global financial instability, high inflation rates, and geopolitical risks. Many enterprises are struggling to pay their debts, become insolvent, or lack solvency, and reorganising listed companies has emerged as a primary solution. However, some companies that have undergone a restructuring process have failed to restore their profitability.
The ALB handbook will provide valuable insights into legal issues related to bankruptcy, reorganization, settlement, and liquidation processes, featuring case studies and addressing hot topics. This handbook will serve as a practical guide for business decision-makers and in-house counsels.
