Indonesian law firm Armand Yapsunto Muharamsyah & Partners (AYMP) has expanded its tax, trade and customs offering by hiring Riza Buditomo as a partner from Hadiputro, Hadinoto & Partners (HHP), the local member firm of Baker McKenzie.

With two decades of experience, Buditomo’s focus areas include cross-border trade, export-import, customs, anti-dumping, and FTA issues in industries like tobacco, food, manufacturing, logistics and transportation. Additionally, he has experience in mergers and acquisitions and business transfers, as well as litigation before the Tax Court of Indonesia.

At HHP, Buditomo was joint Asian Office Trade practice lead and sat in the Asia Pacific IC&T Group's steering committee. He joined that firm in 2005, and became a partner in 2016.

Buditomo’s addition means AYMP now has 11 partners.
