Hong Kong boutique Hugill & Ip has added family law attorney Kajal Aswani as a partner from another city firm, Gall Solicitors.

Aswani has over a decade of experience working on family law and private client practice cases, including representing high-net-worth individuals on complex disputes.

Her expertise spans divorce, child custody, spousal support, property division, nuptial agreements, inheritance provisions, probate and estate planning, Hugill & Ip said in a statement.

Prior to joining Gall in 2020, Aswani was at Robertsons, where she made partner in 2015.

Her addition brings Hugill & Ip’s partner count to eight. The firm also added disputes specialist Fiona Chan as a partner earlier this year.
