Indonesia’s TNB & Partners, which operates in association with Norton Rose Fulbright, has hired disputes and arbitration specialist Erie Tobing as a partner from local outfit Soemadipradja & Taher.

Tobing’s dispute resolution expertise spans sectors such as construction, financial institutions, mining, shipping, and telecommunications. He joined Soemadipradja in 2018, having worked at Ricardo Simanjuntak & Partners earlier in his career.

“Erie will add depth to our dispute resolution offering in Indonesia, alongside our existing strengths in corporate and banking and finance advice,” said Kresna Panggabean, managing partner of TNB, in a statement.

TNB & Partners began its association with Norton Rose Fulbright in 2016. It currently has 13 lawyers, including four partners.
