Saraf and Partners has hired a third partner in August with the addition of Adil Ladha to its corporate practice in Mumbai. Ladha was previously a counsel at Quillon Partners.

Ladha brings over 13 years of experience advising domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, general corporate advisory and employment matters. He has worked across sectors including pharma and healthcare technology, media, consumer, education, and infrastructure.

Ladha’s hire comes amid a busy hiring month for Saraf, having added a Mumbai-based disputes team led by partner Sudeshna Guha Roy from Bharucha & Partners, and capital markets partner Mathew Thomas in Delhi earlier this month.

The firm has 40 partners and 250 fee-earners across its offices.
